8Verified guest“English is widely spoken. Perhaps because of the high suicide rate in Japan, they seem keen to ensure you don't die in the room, so they insist on cleaning after four days even if you display the Do Not Disturb sign. That's probably a good thing. The ramen shop on the ground floor was the only other highlight.”
8Verified guest“Our room was in excellent condition, felt brand new, and came with good amenities and three single beds. The service was also great.”
8Verified guest“The location is perfect, and there's a limousine bus stop right in front of the hotel.”
8Verified guest“Nothing positive to report. This is the worst hotel I've experienced in Japan.”
8Verified guest“Great value for the location, close to Shinjuku Station, with good dining and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building nearby. The Family Mart inside the hotel was handy for snacks and drinks. The view from the Manhattan Grill was spectacular.”
8Verified guest“Spacious room and a comfortable bed. The Airport Limousine Bus connects directly to both Narita and Haneda airports, which is very convenient.”
